Sabrina Townsend is a seasoned executive and people leader with more than two decades of experience shaping human capital strategy, developing leaders, and guiding organizations through growth and transformation. Known for her collaborative, people first approach, she excels at aligning business objectives with strategy, talent development, and organizational strategy to deliver measurable, lasting impact. Sabrina holds a Ph.D. from Temple University.
