Under Robert’s leadership, End2End has developed an integrated workforce solution that helps organizations scale talent with greater agility, coordination, and efficiency across evolving business environments. Through End2End’s signature solutions—Solution2Workforce™, Solution2Performance™, and Solution2Sourcing™—the company integrates payroll, performance, and sourcing into one connected workforce solution designed for agility, coordination, and scale.

By replacing fragmented workforce operations with a connected and scalable solution, End2End helps organizations reduce operational friction, strengthen workforce visibility, and access specialized expertise with greater precision.

A serial entrepreneur, technologist, and workforce strategist, Robert has built and led ventures focused on workforce integration, operational transformation, and enterprise enablement. Beyond End2End, he is a keynote speaker, musician, and advocate for entrepreneurship, workforce development, and economic inclusion. He serves as Chair of Jazz St. Louis and advises the Steward Family Foundation.

Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from MidAmerica Nazarene University and completed MBE certification studies through the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

His leadership has been recognized through honors including Verizon’s EDGE Mentoring Award for Small Business and the 2022 Titan Award for leadership, innovation, and organizational impact. Robert has been featured in The Business Journal and spoken at the U.S. Department of Defense National Defense University Capstone.
