Blanca Polanco is a dedicated Office Manager with more than 15 years of expertise in accounting and business administration. Her strengths include guiding mergers and acquisitions, supporting startups, and leading complex projects. She is passionate about streamlining operations, improving performance, and building strong client relationships. As a freelancer with Administrative Plus, LLC, Blanca delivered accounting and consulting services to organizations of all sizes, consistently achieving impactful results.

She has also served as a Children’s Ministry Administrator, where she managed volunteer teams and developed community programs that fostered meaningful connections. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Blanca is known for her reliability, resourcefulness, and dedication to creating positive change.

Blanca is skilled in a variety of accounting systems and project management tools, always seeking opportunities to learn and grow professionally.

Outside of work, Blanca enjoys reading, watching movies, and hiking to experience nature. Her favorite books are authored by A.W Tozer. She values spending quality time with friends and family, and is always eager to explore new interests.
